Director for Conferences in Industrial IoT
Originally a classical cellist, university lecturer and researcher; I am now run a set of conferences around Industrial IoT, AI, and Agile/DevOps based in Berlin, San Diego and Singapore.
Fascinated by developments at the nexus of leadership psychology, the market and technology; I find many interesting and stimulating over-laps between my current work and the research that formed my doctoral thesis. My PhD focused on how to build elite performance cultures through organisational culture-change, individual empowerment, and the creation of trust-based, positive cultures to support employee health, well-being and engagement. Like all enterprise change initiatives, best results are achieved when cross-divisional teams worked to break down divisional silos limiting overall organisational success. With the rapid pace of change in modern business, I hope to use my experience and passion to contribute to a world of less white noise, more meaning and a shared, prosperous future enabled through technology, intelligence and connection (whatever that word happens to mean to you).
I enjoy people and ideas so only pick up the phone if you have more than 5 minutes. Into the future, I hope to build a robust community of interested and passionate people around the topics of my conferences and believe strongly in giving back to the community I serve. If you share my interests and passions, let's connect and we can start the process of creating together.
