As an ardent evangelist of Microsoft technology, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics AX, Doug is continually looking for how he can help mcaConnect clients realize their business strategy using technology. In his role at mcaConnect, Doug has been spearheading initiatives to demonstrate the practicality of manufacturing 4.0 concepts, like using IoT devices to trigger manufacturing automations, virtualizing the training process, and leveraging big data and machine learning to provide predictive analytics. His leadership in manufacturing technology has helped mcaConnect be recognized as both U.S. Microsoft Manufacturing Partner of the Year and Worldwide Microsoft ERP Partner of the Year
