Ruben Rodrigues

Ruben Rodrigues is a senior counsel and intellectual property trial lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has managed patent litigation matters for technology companies of all sizes on cases involving software, semiconductors, medical devices, oil and gas exploration, toys, construction technologies, and biochemical research tools. Mr. Rodrigues also represents clients in post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and counsels clients on general IP strategy. He has a national practice, and has represented clients in cases filed in Massachusetts, Delaware, Texas, California, Illinois, Virginia, Wisconsin, Georgia, Tennessee, and Utah, as well as the International Trade Commission. He is a member of the firm’s IP Litigation and Electronics Practices and the Technology Industry Team. Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Rodrigues interned at the Massachusetts Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel.
