Erik is currently the Chairman of MESA (Manufacturing Enterprise Solutions Association) International, a global community of manufacturers, producers, industry leaders, and solution providers who are focused on driving business results from manufacturing information and technology. He recently retired from Mondelēz International where he was a Director of Information Technology and Solutions (ITS) leading the global Manufacturing, Research, Development, Quality and Innovation Center of Excellence. Erik is an Information Systems professional with 35+ years of management, and systems development and support experiences across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Development, Finance and Retail.
His most recent role at Mondelēz was to define and deliver standard processes and solutions across the global manufacturing and RDQI business processes. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise Business Services, leading the Global Integrated Supply Chain Standards and Solution’s team and Director of IS Service Delivery Mfg., supporting and splitting Kraft’s global manufacturing systems operations when Kraft was spun off in 2012. He was the IS Lead at Kraft Foods for the North American SAP implementation across 54 manufacturing facilities.
