Tara MacNair

Tara Macnair is the CTO of NAFTA in ArcelorMittal accountable for Industry 4.0 and Digital Strategy.  She has more than 18 years of cross industry experience leading large scale transformation programs working with multinational global disparate teams.  Tara’s diverse experience spans, digital transformation, divestments, technology development, IT delivery, quality improvement programs, operational excellence programs, sensor development and business strategy. She has worked with multiple multinational corporations in the metals & mining and oil & gas industries. Tara holds a BESc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario, and a MBA from Brock University
